With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Jason Omar Alvarado, who left this world too soon at the age of 22. Jason was born on September 20, 2002, and lived in Thomasville, North Carolina. Jason was a bright, caring soul with a passion for life and a heart full of love. He dreamed of becoming a barber and proudly accomplished that goal by opening his own barbershop—turning his talent and vision into reality. He loved fishing, listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends. His warmth, laughter, and generosity left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He is survived by his loving parents, Silvia Lorena Alfaro and Sipriano Alvarado, and his cherished siblings: Yanepsi, Wendy, Kathia, Jenmy, and Roberto Alvarado. Jason, you will forever remain in our hearts. You will always be our 22-year-old brother and son. We miss you more than words can express, but we take comfort in knowing you are resting peacefully and watching over us as our angel. We love you dearly and look forward to the day we will be together again. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Highways Catholic Church, 943 Ball Park Rd. Thomasville, NC. Burial will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, 401 W. Holly Hill Rd. Thomasville, NC. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home, 122 West Main St. Thomasville, NC.
